National Sales Manager - Air/Gas Drying & Filtration (15-20 yrs)
Position : National Sales Manager
The Group is seeking to fill position of NSM based at Gurgaon. The candidate selected should be an Engineering graduate with extensive experience in leading the sales function of a medium sized enterprise in India. The position would report to the the Managing Director.
Responsibilities :
- Sales, Business Promotion
- Having strong knowledge of Business Promotion
- Incumbent will be responsible for National / International Sales of Air/Gas Drying & Filtration Products.
- Incumbent will be responsible for Identification, developing and expanding new business opportunities in the field of Air/Gas Drying & Filtration.
- Incumbent will be responsible for growing post Sales Business.
- Develop & Implement Marketing, Sales & Distribution Strategies in India as well as the South Asian Markets.
- Advise Management on Manufacturing/ trading requirements.
Expectations and Key Skills required :
- B E /B Tech (Mech/Elect/Chem.), Management qualification is desired.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing of Industrial Products, preferably in Pneumatics, Air and gas Drying / Filtration.
- Presentation Skills, Communication Skills
- Strong Negotiation Skill.
- Willing to travel extensively in India as well as neighboring countries.
- Identify new Business Opportunities
- Good Personality with High Energy.
- Positive Attitude.
- Techno-Managerial capabilities to develop, Lead & Manage Teams
- Technical Aptitude, competency in promoting applied Engineering Products
Location : Gurgaon
Educational : Bachelor in Engineering (Mech./Chemical/Electrical)
Skills & Experience Requirements :
Age : 35 to 40 Years
Compensation : up to 15 LPA
- 15-20 Years experience in designing Industrial Products, preferably equipments such as heat exchangers, Pressure Vessels etc.
Key Managerial Skills : Inspirational Leadership, Effective Supervision, Employee Engagement.
Key Behavioural Skills : Innovation, Teamwork and Good Communication.
