Job purpose : National Sales Head (NAPS / NEEM)
Job Description :
1) B2B Client meetings/Calls/Emailing.
2) Visiting Corporates/SMEs/Factories & Plants (Targeting HR Heads / Decision makers)
3) Drafting proposals as per client requirements.
4) Negotiation of sales deals & agreement signup.
5) Coordinating with Recruitment & Onboarding teams for successful delivery, thus resulting in client satisfaction.
Additional: Exposure to channel partner / vendor creation (for Client development & Mobilizing of manpower).
