National Sales Head - Spare Part (15-20 yrs)
Position: National Sales Head (After market)
Qualification: BE / B.tech, MBA desirable
Reports to: Business Head Automotive
- 15 - 20 years of total selling exp, out of which at-least 10 years of Pan India sales exp in selling Automotive Spare parts thru multi tire distribution system involving distributors, dealers, retailers, mechanic / end-users.
- Having sold two / three wheeler spare spare parts
Key Accountabilities :
- Identify clearly the most significant responsibilities of the job which have a clear end result for the achievement of which you will be held accountable.
- When accountabilities are complete, try if possible to estimate the relative importance of each using % time spent.
- Drive monthly/yearly sales for the OEMS and dealer business in Pan India.
- To achieve sales & collection targets. Growth of business, enhancing market share. Ensure adherence to systems and procedures / policies laid down are adhered in the region through promotional plans and distribution in the existing business.
- Develop plans for better penetration/reach to improve the market share. New business opportunities, Expansion of dealer network / reach / market penetration. Look for Pan India growth opportunities. Draw a long term strategies plan and OEM Business For cast for the improvement.
