Job Description :
- National Head (Strata) is a leadership position that is responsible to build and grow the Retail Strata vertical for the company. The Position shall be based in Gurugram and manages all Indian business for Retail Strata (Business from Real estate Sales to Retail brands/chains). This is NOT Retail leasing.
Requirements :
- 18+ years experience in Retail strata (real-estate Sales)
- To set up & scale the Retail Strata vertical
- Team management experience
- Working in a similar role in an established IPC (International Property Consultant) firm
- Strong existing relationships with Brokers & Developers in Key Markets
- The person must have managed multiple geographies (Regions) in India in the Real Estate sector
Key Responsibilities :
- Business responsibility at National Level for Retail Strata
- Manage Business Development with Real estate Developers
- Focus on Retail Brands/Chains for Real estate sales on current & new projects
- Manage Teams across the region
- Manage Business P&L, Collections, Invoicing, etc. through the team
Additional Information :
- The position reports to National Head (Retail) vertical
- Incentives & Allowances are all over and above the fixed CTC.
- Proven experience and Solid relationship with Real estate Channel Partners/Local Real estate Broking firms in multiple geographies is essential.
