National Sales Head - Pharmaceutical Firm (10-12 yrs)
A fast growing Pharmaceutical Company, established in marketing niche products seeks National Sales Head to be based in Mumbai.
Education : B.Sc, M.sc with MBA ( as an added advantage)
Experience - minimum 12 years - hands on experience at least at a zonal head is essential.
Location : Mumbai
Candidates with exposure on South, West and North zones can also apply.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. To head a strong team of close to 150, on Pan Indian basis
2. Efficient in establishing relationships with key customers
3. Achieve and surpass volume and value targets
4. Dealer and distributor management, local marketing activities
5. Directly responsible to deliver sales growth as per the organization's objectives
6. Handle large turnover and therefore commercial skills and business acumen of high level is required
7. Creating large brands through various on ground activities
8. Enable field force to achieve targets and incentives
9. As a head of entire sales team shall be responsible for training - on ground and off ground
10. Work hand in hand with marketing team to arrive at brand positioning and identifying prospects
11. Ensure a discipline in the field force
