Job Description :

New Business Development, Sales Team Handling, Marketing Campaigns management, Exhibitions and trade shows & presentations, ERP and CRM experience, Extensive touring and traveling in field PAN INDIA, consultative selling to OEM's, Good communication skills, Electrical and electronic consumer goods experience.

Sourcing and Screening Guidelines :

Main Points for sourcing Client is looking for a National sales head who have prior experience in Consumer Electric Goods Like Usha Fans, suguna Pumps, Switchgears, etc who has done Channel sales to the consumer segment.

For example - A national sales head for a Usha FANS/Kirloskar motor Pumps may be right fit who has done consumer sector channel marketing (sales plan dealer- retailer - shops)kind of marketing

Preferably from the Electrical and consumer goods sector. Should be comfortable to work with small to mid size company Capacity to build teams and grow in channel sales

Catch points for screening :

Must be an Engineer

Must have has Consumer, electrical product

- Must have had exp in PAN India Channel sales consumer goods in the electrical segment such as FAN and small home appliances such as steam iron etc. companies like usha, bajaj, Crompton, havells or product such as submersible pumps, CRI, Crompton, kirloskar brother, KSB pumps,Varuna pumps etc. shakti pumps or Sales manager from PIDLITE industries are also welcome.

Duties and Responsibility :

- New Business Development

- Sales Team Handling

- Marketing Campaigns management

- Exhibitions and trade shows & presentations

- ERP and CRM experience

- Extensive touring and traveling in field PAN INDIA

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
