About Job Description :

- The primary responsibility is to drive profitable sales in the current and future E-commerce channels.


- Responsible in developing and managing the existing and future channel opportunities and anticipating sales trends, projecting online sales, creating a competitive online presence, and attaining a profitable return on investment (ROI). Provide ongoing strategic insights and thought leadership based on industry, customer, consumer, and market trends to support category strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Leveraging and scaling the Current and Existing Online channels :

- Development and management of e-com strategy

- Preserves existing business and creates new business opportunities

- Provide analysis and strategies for improving the sales performance of retailer/ marketplace

- Creates and maintains account relationships by creating credibility, developing trust and providing strategic inputs to channel partners

- Demand Planning Coordination with customers

- Build data-backed analytics to derive insights from sales trends, strengths and weaknesses

- Influence and report on trade and related media investment effectiveness and efficiency

- Coordinate corporate marketing, and merchandising program with the platform

- Collaborate on best practices on the platform via media, content, search and conversion, drive the creation of the next generation of analytics

- Development and implementation on online category management initiatives

Strategic planning/initiatives :

- To be the expert on e-commerce opportunities by building relationships to drive agreed business growth and business turnover for all the brand Portfolio

- Responsible for business and market development and scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share

- Maximize growth and accelerate rate of new customer acquisition

- Gain market intelligence and competitive landscape mapping to identify emerging trends and opportunities

- Sets sales policies to ensure the overall brand impression is positive and cohesive

- Innovate and activate key launches, campaigns, and collaborations with marketing and digital for impactful brand presence leading to business

- Measure, manage and report e-commerce sales and ROI activities and make adjustments as necessary

- Develops and cross-functionally (Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance) execute comprehensive online sales and e-commerce Business Development Plans

Suitable Candidate :

- Extensive Knowledge of E-Commerce product flow and web store performance


- Digital Marketing Skills

- Strong Relationship with all Marketplace, Traditional Accounts, Insta Models and Omni Channels

- E-Commerce Platform Retailers

- Demonstrates ability to drive sales through online marketing, resulting in positive ROI

- Understanding/Experience of digital analytics tools

- Experience in creating and building business sales plans using market research

- Negotiation and Influential Skills

- Ability to create and manage e-com budget

- Insightful, Innovative, Collaborative and highly Organized

- Account Management Experience


- Key Account, Institutional etc.

- Team management


- Ability to effectively guide teams in dynamic environment and align external stakeholder expectations well
