- Our client, a prominent Fin-tech player in the BFSI industry, is seeking to hire a National Head Sales for the DSA channel. We are actively scouting for talented candidates on behalf of our client.

Position : National Head Sales - DSA Channel

Company : Confidential (A well-established, fast-growing Fintech company based in Bangalore).

Education : Graduate/MBA

Experience : 5-10 years in BFSI (DSA Channel Management)

Job Description :

- We are looking for a National Head to own and drive our DSA channel nationally. As the National Head of the DSA Channel, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities :

- Onboarding and engaging with DSAs (connector-based DSAs and call center DSAs) across the country.

- Owning and forming channel strategy, schemes, payout mechanisms, IT/tech interventions required.

- Identifying new initiatives to grow the channel and implementing them on the ground.

- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on the ground and maximize daily delivery.

- Training and mentoring regional DSA heads/DSA KAMs, as well as external partners and their connectors and callers on a regular basis, providing them with pointed feedback to grow delivery.

Skills & Attitudes :

- A target-oriented leader who can manage relationships and drive business.

- A data-driven approach to sales/RM.

- A high level of ownership and the ability to work independently.

- The ability to identify problem statements and fix them.

Requirements :

- 5-7 years of experience in BFSI sales, especially in DSA channel/partner management and delivery (PL, HL, LAP, etc.).

- Experience working with DSAs (connector DSAs as well as call center DSAs).

- A proven track record in the Fin-tech/Banks/NBFCs space handling volume delivery/doing relationship management for DSAs.

- Experience leading large teams or partnering/managing 50+ DSA accounts in the BFSI space, with execution excellence in high volume delivery business.
