National Marketing Manager - Pharma/Medical Device (10-20 yrs)
National Marketing Manager
Brand and corporate awareness :
- Development and management of advertising campaigns;
- Planning and participating in trade shows & conferences;
- Development of branding and marketing strategies for existing and new products
Product management :
- Plan and execute new product launches to enable right product positioning and deliver target volumes and margins
- Plan and conduct customer and employee training programmes, including CMEs to improve product familiarity & adoption;
Portfolio management :
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for different products to help deliver overall market share and margins
- Plan and execute product campaigns as required to help achieve optimum product mix
Planning and budgeting:
- Conduct primary & secondary market research to understand opportunities and challenges. Identify key market trends as well as maintain a dynamic competition data base.
- Develop annual business and marketing plans as well as quarterly and monthly forecasts in line with annual plans
- Develop and track key performance metrics by product and geography. Create tactical plans to overcome short term challenges.
- Must have a Master's degree in marketing, business, communication or any related field from premium business management institutes.
- 10+ years of marketing experience in pharma/medical device industry
- The successful candidate will have strong planning & analytical skills to help develop actionable insights from market data
- In depth knowledge of market research
- Experience in digital marketing will be an added qualification
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- This is a senior management position and the successful candidate will have entrepreneurial instincts and be an outstanding team player.
