National Manager - Sales - Real Estate/Building Material (15-18 yrs)

- Responsible for identifying potential clients / customers across the Government / Public / Private Sectors for promoting the brand and sales of Company products. Responsible for coordinating inorder to specify Company profiles & accessories,track & participate in Tenders & Enquiries and coordinate with regional sales team inorder to execute the order.

- Generating Regional Sales plans, Collection and quotas in alignment with Business objectives.

- Relationship Building and Management with top 50 Architects & contractors

- Product specification in Govt Contracts (State;Central and Public Sector)

- Project Identification and Specification in Corporate Sector (Manufacturing; Hospitality; Healthcare,Education, Pharma and other services)

- Design;Develop and Implement a strategy / process that will enable identifying building relationship with and managing the top Architects,Builders and Individuals (Govt,Corporates and Institutions) that / who will support Business Development

- Ensure sales payment collection as per our terms mutually agreed with fabricators

- Implementing plans to develop new key accounts like Builder, Architects, Contractors, Interior designer & Govt dept

- Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability & understand customer needs and suggest changes in product to meet customer requirements.

- Product Quality feedback to fabricator and factory if any defects noticed during execution

- Co-ordination with fabricator for orders and dispatches

- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against target, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

- Min 15 Years of Building products industry & preferably in Fenestration industry

- Any Graduate with MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferable
