Language skills:Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada/Telugu, Hindi, English

Exp : 10-15 years experience at least 5 years in leadership position with proven record of over achieving targets

Brief Summary :

- National Sales Head should a leader of entire sales force in the country, build and motivate team, develop and implement sales strategies work along with product management team, monitor field force to achieve sales target and establish a smooth relationship with channel partners. 


- Candidate should love travelling and should have multi linguistic skill to manage sales force and channel partners across the country. 


- National Sales Head should coordinate with different departments, should be able to make appropriate recommendations to top management in pricing.

Job Description :

- Develop & Implement sales plans, strategies and policies with a view to increase/sustain market share and profitability.

- Formulate policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, strengthen and expand dealer network

- Scan the environment to understand competitors activities, demand supply scenario and identify new markets

- Focus on business development through domestic/overseas markets (defined geographies) and building the brand of the company in the domestic /overseas market

- Continuously monitor the pricing patterns within the market, checking the prices for the desired products regularly with respect to their competitiveness and value as perceived by the customers, deciding upon pricing from time to time on a need basis to ensure the products are sold with highest recoveries possible

- Initiate market intelligence system to provide monthly information to Top Management on potential data, competitors- activities, new product opportunities and other changes in the environment.

- Evolve policies for establishing a robust field force monitoring and people management, relationship management system in order to increase field force satisfaction and portfolio growth.

- Managing the complete sales cycle from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payments.

- Partner with product team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

- Solid sales forecasting abilities in the prescribed forecast models and achieve forecast accuracy as per set targets.

- Prepare annual sales budget, sales plan and resourcing plan to scale the business.

- Drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process.

- Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximises the value delivered by the organization

- Manage all communication with leads till sales closure including presentations and first level product demos and able to negotiation in terms of deal pricing and making an effort to close the deal immediately.

- Establish CRM tools and systems & Cost optimisation
