National Event Manager/ General Manager Event/Sponsorships Sales

Job Objective :

- Responsible for driving Events Revenue for Mint, VCC, and Tech Circle

- Responsible for planning, organizing, managing and coordinating various events

- Conceptualization of strong/differentiated IPs, Monetization, and Execution to deliver to customers expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive Revenue from Events for Mint, VCC, and Tech Circle.

- Deliver IPR and customized events

- Client Meetings to augment revenue from existing clients and identify new untapped clients.

- Work closely with the OneHT Sales Team for ensuring Events Revenue delivery in line with the AOP.

- Create an Events calendar (Digital as well as physical) for both existing and new IPs basis customer feedback, research & consulting assignments, and current global & domestic trends in business, economy, and tech space.

- Build strong networks and bring in insights to set up discussions with key clients, and pitch concepts/IPs to them.

- Monetization: Secure sponsorships to meet the AOP target for the year.

- Identify opportunities to seek out new concepts & collaborations in the events industry.

- Lead the execution of the concepts to ensure that every event is delivered to a high quality and offers an excellent experience for attendees, and sponsors.

- Deliver a growing and diverse portfolio of events through testing new ideas continuously.

- Collaborate closely with the Edit, Sales, Research, and Marketing teams to create a powerful event portfolio both established IPs and Customized event throughout the year.
