Roles & Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation : Actively research and identify potential customers or leads using internet research techniques. They may use various sources like databases, social media, and lead generation tools to build a pipeline of prospects. You will be thoroughly involved in the presales journey.

Sales Presentations, Demonstrations and Drafting Proposals : Engage with prospects to deliver B2B tech sales presentations,customise sales presentations , virtual meetings, draft sales proposals. You will effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products or services they are selling.

Qualify Sales opportunities : You will be trained to ask the right probing questions to qualify sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

Customer Consultation : They consult with potential enterprise customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to address customer requirements and pain points.

CRM and Sales Tools : Utilise CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track customer interactions, update customer data accurately and maintain the customer database hygiene.

Collaboration with Team Members : Work closely with other members of the sales team, such as sales leaders and cross functional members. They will collaborate, share insights and coordinate efforts to achieve targets.

B2B Sales Reporting and Analysis : Responsible for maintaining tech sales reports, analysing sales data, and providing regular updates through a unified sales dashboard. They assess their own performance, identify trends, and make data driven recommendations for sales improvement

Educational Qualifications -

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Technology, Analytics or a related field.

- Excellent proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau would be an advantage.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools for prospecting.
