Summary :

- To support Napier Healthcare's business growth in India, the company needs to hire a Senior Sales Manager who has the capability to further grow the business in the healthcare space and also enter new markets.

- This role will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating new opportunities in healthcare space collaborating with key service line and department leaders

- Develops sales strategy for the region and drives strategic activities as per plan for long term care and HIS.

- Ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind, strong project execution experience, with a passion to deliver results and who is passionate about healthcare and technology

- The successful candidate will have strong influencing and communication skills that create meaningful partnerships and advance business development goals

- He / she understands how to get thing done, innovates quickly and delivers results

- Healthcare background needed

Detailed Responsibilities

- Develop solid understanding of customer needs and market drivers in the healthcare industry

- Identify opportunities and build business cases for development of new opportunities for Napier Healthcare

- Develop business, marketing, and strategic plans such as setting annual forecasts, developing and implementing plans to deliver sales plan and achieve profitability goals

- Develop and drive business plans, working with internal and external partners as appropriate for market research and sizing, business case valuation, competitor analyses, pricing analyses

- Build and manage key relationships, ensuring team alignment and engagement with key stakeholders

- Execute tasks based on project plan, work closely with various internal businesses and external customers to ensure successful results

- Work with project team and work stream leads to determine and measure the results

- Work collaboratively with external partners, co-creator counterparts as launch planning etc.

- Work with various marketing teams & product owners to develop go to market strategy, commercial launch planning etc.

Qualification :

- Bachelor Degree in health administration, business, or an analytical field is required

- 12 - 20 years of healthcare system / software selling experience.

- Experienced in working with investors, senior leaders and doctors in the hospitals

- Past experience in start-ups or entrepreneurial environment

- Ability to travel - 50%

Key Competencies and Skills :

- Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with persons throughout the organization

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrable knowledge of healthcare industry trends and hospital business structure

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Ability to build and maintain appropriate peer relationships to facilitate organizational objectives

- Ability to drive the development of major strategic and capital projects and determine volume projections for inpatient and outpatient services

- Facilitate annual strategic review and goal setting process

- Participate in hospital's master space plan development, hospital budget development, and provide data support on scheduled and ad hoc projects

- Ability to inspire, encourage, and influence others toward a shared vision and optimal outcomes

- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand an issue, identify alternatives, quantify and assess, and objectively present recommendations that are in the best interest of the system, the region, and the hospital

- Ability to facilitate group discussions and to work broadly with administration, hospital, and medical staff

- Capable of analysing financial, volume, and market data

Should be willing to relocate to Dubai / Muscat based on employer's discretion
