- Experience required between 3-4 years

- Should be IT Industry technically well versed to understand client requirement

- The candidate should have market research related experience.

- Gather and maintain client database in the specified format

- Collect and analyze data through modern and traditional methods on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace.

- Proficiency using the web, private, and public database as a resource for finding information.

- Working with the US, Australia, Europian clients to get leads.

- Cold calling is a must, Europe & US market experience an added advantage.

- Perform primary and secondary research to acquire the right contacts.

- Data mining activities like pulling contact information from various tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, CrunchBase, etc.

- Build, maintain, and expand the database of prospects within assigned territory/accounts.

- Experience using CRM Tools for data import n export.

- Self-motivated individual with proven ability to meet deadlines & targets.

- Should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word, etc.

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping to drive sales and revenue generation by working closely with the Inside Sales team and Solution Presales Team.

- Articulating business plans and ensure that these plans are in line with Dynamics Squares strategic direction

- Pro-actively identifying new business opportunities with new prospects and to focus on upselling and Cross-Selling within existing customer accounts.

- Managing of CRM system by ensuring all contacts and deal flows are kept up to date.

- Providing feedback on sales activities, prospects, and sales pipeline to the Head of Sales
