The Role/ Profile for Digital Marketing:

1. Social Media Experience (MUST HAVE):

- Management of Social Media Channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest

- Designing the right budgets and executing paid & organic ads

- Hands-on experience on the Facebook dashboard

- Developing and coming up with new strategies and ideas for campaigns

- Measuring the campaigns regularly and making improvements basis performance

- Developing Social Media Performance Report

- Developing content for social media channels

- Responding to customers queries on social media in a timely manner

2. SEO & SEM Experience

- Direct experience with organic search optimization and ROI maximization

- Plan, develop and implement our SEO & SEM strategy

- Track, report and analyze trends, analyzing google analytics and different campaigns

3. Creativity & team work

- Conceptualizing clutter-breaking ideas and executing them end to end

- Coming up with new innovative ideas for campaigns, in 360- manner (ATL, BTL, digital etc)

- Direct experience with ecommerce B2C business, preferably in fashion

- Developing themes for banners & collections

- Guiding and overseeing inhouse marketing team & GD's to get creatives made on budget, time and as per requirement

- Working with external agencies, briefing them and getting final deliverable done on time, budget, as per req

4. Report analysis & result oriented

- Highly comfortable with numbers and excel

- Regular tracking of the ROI and making improvements basis analysis

- Maintaining and optimizing the budget and regular analysis

Required Skills/ Experience:

- 2-4+ years of relevant experience (with at least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing & social media management)

- Highly creative with experience in identifying the target audience and devising a strategic and targeted campaign

- Proficiency in campaign analysis and ROI generation

- Strong analytical with strong attention to detail

- Hands-on experience in content writing

- Self-directed focus and ability to prioritize within an ambiguous environment

- Willingness to respond with urgency to high priority requests from senior business leaders
