- To be successful you'll require advanced knowledge and experience in SEO, LinkedIn, Google, Bing ads, and/or other digital ad platforms where B2B (IT services) buyers can be targeted.

Note: This being an individual contributor role of great measurable accountability, self-driven candidates who excel at SEO and B2B lead generation will be a natural fit. Demonstrable revenue attribution made possible through a quantitative, evidence-based approach is implicit.

What You're Accountable For :

Lead Generation - Acquire qualified leads attributed to digital mediums (paid search, paid social, display, video, Organic Via SEO). You are the owner of both, the strategic and the tactical, to deliver your lead targets.

 Cost-Per-Lead Efficiency - Proactively optimize, pause, or redistribute campaign spend to maximize your overall cost-per-lead efficiency.

Budget Accuracy - Plan and manage media spend across all platforms. Minimize overspend or underspend against spend targets, and make necessary corrections regularly.

SEO - Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to gain organic traffic, keywords ranking and its associated business goals.

Core Responsibilities :

- Execute and manage PPC, CPA, CTR, A/B testing (AdWords, LinkedIn) & retargeting campaigns

- Configure and maintain ad tracking

- Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns and SEO

- Ad copy writing and landing page strategizing/user experience

- Manage the lead generation lifecycle/funnel management

- Work closely with the content team to ensure DM guidelines are followed across content properties

- Organize, prepare, and deliver effective meeting agendas, content, and visual reporting to marketing and business leaders

- Publish monthly report on performance metrics across digital marketing areas/channels.

Key Requirements:

- Professional fluency in English

- 4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing

- Experience managing more than $200,000 USD media spend annually

- Experience in SEO(On-page, off-page, tools)

- Working experience with SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC ads and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

- Up-to-date with the latest trends, strategies and best practices in B2B marketing

- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, etc.

- Strong understanding of Google Search Console, GTM, GA and SEO tools
