Skills & Qualification :
- Graduate/M.com / PG / MBA / CA/ CFA with minimum 2 years- experience in sales of Equality/MF/Insurance
- Should have inclination towards sales of financial product
- Should have worked with Finance company / Broking House or Bank Wealth Management.
- Should be ready to work on field
- Should be target oriented and should have fair Idea about Revenue targets.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Client Meeting and Brief discussion about Nalanda Securities.
- Sourcing client by cold calling, data base & meetings
- Should be proactive
- Understanding our services and pitching the clients accordingly
- Managing relationship with Business Partners
- Sourcing of New Clients and Business Partner through referrals.
- Assessment of Clients portfolio and need about Financial Planning.
- Periodic evaluation of Clients portfolio.
- Achieving Revenue Targets as specified by Management.
- Execution of Monthly Sales plan.
- Daily Client Meetings and updation in system.
