Naath Exim has 2 openings for a Manager and Senior Manager. You will be responsible for driving sales growth with the major Steel industry, Aluminum, and Metals Industry buyers. You will manage key relationships with clients and suppliers while working directly with the Vice President / Managing Director.

Role Details: A highly competitive salary of up to 25L CTC, based on your experience. This role also offers an opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and direct mentorship from top management.

Travel: This role requires you to travel up to 50% of the time

Detailed Responsibilities:

Sales:

- Achieve sales targets set jointly with the Managing Director

- Generate new business by contacting new customers.

- Following up on shipments and tracking the goods till the customers warehouse.

Customer Service:

- Providing customers with personalized service, this includes analyzing customer needs, meeting quality standards both in material and service.

- Ensuring customers satisfaction by interacting with customers daily to resolve any critical issues

- Manage feedback coming from customers on a daily/weekly basis

Does this sound like you:

Must Have :

- Previous B2B/Institutional sales experience

- Must have previous experience in sectors like manufacturing, import-export, iron and steel or basic materials

- Previous experience with the complete sales cycle from generating leads to closing the sale and managing the partnership/relationship after.

- Previous experience with large consignments and order s ($50,000+)

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Proficiency in MS. Office tools - primarily word, excel and PowerPoint

- Highly organized, passionate, goal oriented, the self-driven and motivated individual willing to view each challenge as an opportunity to learn, excel and grow the company.
