- We are looking for a CRM Executive to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to deliver the company's vision and strategy of building a highly scalable platform to solve healthcare access problems for the next 500 million people coming online.

- myUpchar.com is the largest health content company in India, co-founded by alumni of Stanford University with experiences at Amazon, BCG among other leading global firms.

- Our mission is to solve healthcare awareness and access problems in the country through local context and languages.


- Currently, the platform receives around 50 million users monthly. Funded by Omidyar Network, Nexus VP, Shunwei Capital, Rajan Anandan among other prominent investors, we are working towards improving healthcare awareness and access to quality doctors, health products, and services for 1 Billion Indians.


Responsibilities :


- Involved in formulating and executing the CLM strategy to drive traffic, retargeting, repeat purchase and cross-sell by working closely with the Revenue, Product, Tech and UX teams


- Working closely with the Alliance team to onboard new partners and ensuring a world class customer experience


- Lead the reporting, monitoring, tracking for the different campaigns & also publish appropriate performance dashboards


- Leverage data and analytics to understand user behavior and transaction/search patterns


- Conceptualize CRM marketing campaigns, craft messaging & build relevant workflows by segmenting the user base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle


- Effectively utilize push notifications, SMS & email campaigns to target users with relevant and personalized communication


- Responsible for quality assurance of all CRM campaigns


- Stays abreast of and recommends mobile & email marketing best practices


- Lead the reporting, monitoring, tracking for the different campaigns & also publish appropriate performance dashboards


Desired Profile :


- Experience in Digital Marketing, knows funnel management, FB ads, running marketing campaigns on existing DB


- Making sure goals are met.


- Coordinate with internal teams to get various campaign requirements and Lead funnel management


- Good communication and relationship building skills


- Good at creating presentations and dashboards


Quick learner and highly action oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment


Work Experience : 2-3 Year
