Roles and Responsibility:
- Responsible for Managing Team of Inside sales executive
- Responsible for counselling the prospect Candidate for enrollment
- Responsible for tracking and follow up the prospect Candidate for enrollment
- Responsible for achieving the sales targets assigned to self and respective sales team through effective planning
- Track, monitor and maintain weekly/monthly sales data of the team
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Team
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1-5 Years Experience
- Female/Male Candidates
- Must have strong knowledge on IT Technologies
- Strong Counselling or Selling Skills
- Must have strong English Communication Skills
- Commitment to achieving the Sales target
