MyShikshak - Executive - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
Founded in 2017 by Abhyodaya Siddhartha and Hitesh Tondak, Myshikshak is the only platform catering to a unique problem in the society. We provide a platform that helps parents/students in identifying the right tutor for their learning need.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action.
- Cold calling, scheduling meeting & closing the deal.
- Converting leads from various sources into sales.
- Willing to travel & interact with the customers (i.e. parents) to explain to them about our services.
- Building healthy rapport with the customers to ensure the best service experience.
- Generating revenue by counselling the prospect and converting them into sales / revenue.
- Maintaining a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience & ensure weekly closure by continuous follow-up.
Qualifications and skills:
- Self-starter, ability to manage time, meet deadlines and handle requests.
- Interest in business development and marketing.
- Ability to communicate in English efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pick up tasks quickly.
- Creativity to come up with new ideas for personalized outreach.
