We are looking for a talented Creative Lead to ideate and lead the content strategy for the company. The person should be able to create compelling product descriptions, blog posts, social media content, internal & external communication and PR briefs. The ideal candidate is someone who can help us expand our digital footprint and drive a lot of value through online content.

The ideal candidate should also have a proven track record of producing content that increases engagement and drives traffic and leads. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Research and Ideate on the Content Strategy including the topics, formats, language

- Writing web content for websites, online platforms, Social Media & blogs from scratch.

- Writing product descriptions, Reviews, Article and brand support material etc.

- A flair for writing with an understanding of what works in ed-tech industry.

- An ability to work in a team with good communication skills.

- An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly. A knack for editing and proofreading with good research skills.

- Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences (Students from Grade 3 to Grade 12, Parents, School Principals & HOD etc)

- Basic understanding of keywords and meta tags

 - Ability to write web page titles, Social Media descriptions/Headlines, meta tag descriptions etc.

Minimum Requirements: Relevant work experience of minimum 3 years. A graduate/Post Graduate with a good command over the English language. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio.
