- We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and help drive our company's growth to new heights.

- As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals with potential clients. If you have a proven track record of success in sales or business development and are passionate about web design and digital marketing, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

- Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other marketing channels

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients

- Present and pitch our web design and digital marketing services to potential clients

- Understand clients' needs and tailor our offerings to suit their requirements

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

- Pitching & Identifying leads, Maintaining fruitful relationships with customers, New Client Acquisition, lead generation, Business Development Experience. To Analyze the market to generate the leads from various sites like (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email Marketing Etc) Understanding the project's requirement.

- Work closely with our design and marketing teams to ensure clients' needs are met

- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends

- Build long term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers. Providing inputs of client specifications to the delivery team also ensuring a smooth transition of client relationship to the team.

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the web design and digital marketing industry

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for web design and digital marketing

- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices

- Familiarity with CRM,BRM software and sales tools

- Willingness to travel as needed

- Proven record of successful deals closed.


- Good knowledge of telemarketing

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

- Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result driven approach.
