Job description:
Designing effective training programs for complete organization
- Product - Process - Soft Skill - Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs and prepare educational material such as module summaries, assessment, videos etc.
- Support and mentor new employees
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
- Manage training budgets
- Managing and preparing complete ecosystem of Training and Development of employees.
Requirements :
Should have good working knowledge of MS office
- Great interpersonal skills
- Good document drafting skills, assessment drafting and giving feedback
- Correct balance between employee & stakeholder centricity
- Good written, verbal communication & presentation skills
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
