Job Description :

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will be responsible for and will own the relationship with strategic enterprise accounts for MyOperator.

The individual will be accountable for product adoption, revenue retention and expansion, and customer satisfaction of high net worth clients. The individual will be the only most important point of contact between the client and the product, and should be aiming to provide the best in class solutioning and consultation to the client regarding the product.
