- Establish productive and professional relationships with channel partners.

- Develop channel network by searching and assigning new channel partner & solution providers.

- Implementing Succession Planning, Resource Management

- Strategic and systematic evaluation of new opportunities to develop relationships with channel partner

- Meets assigned sales targets and strategic objectives in assigned territory.

- Pre-sales presentations to corporate, product presentations, and seminars for partners

- Proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.

- Drive adoption of company channel programs, schemes, policies among assigned partners.

- Communicates clearly and concisely, avoiding misunderstanding, ambiguity or jargon.

- Confirms the message has been understood by seeking feedback.

- Initiates activities to improve and build positive working relationships with others.

- Works in collaboration with all team members.

- Shares information, as appropriate; and keeps people informed and up-to-date.

- Listens and responds constructively to other team members- ideas

- Manages own and others- performance against operational plans and keeps focused on achieving the operational goals and targets.

- Realistically assess and allocate appropriate amount of time and resources for Setting and monitoring achievable yet stretching objectives and targets for self.

- Proposes new ideas and methods to work policies and procedures and continually seeks to improve business processes by suggesting means of improvement.

- Sustains long working hours when necessary, works with enthusiasm, effectiveness and determination over a sustained period.

- Reports on work progress against preset milestones and deadlines with proper planning for quality control checks before completing an activity.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of CHANNEL SALES experience in the IT industry.

- Excellent Communication & presentation skills.

- Multitasking ability.

- Ability to plan and execute work autonomously and be able to work as part of a team.

- Should have a flair for technical, sales, marketing, energetic self-starter, inclined to learning quickly.

- Comfortable with field & traveling job
