MyOperator - Customer Onboarding Specialist (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- This role will be responsible for the Onboarding of WABA clients.
- Which will include ensuring that they have FB verified.
- If they don't have FB verified, the FBM agent must complete the process with the client.
- This role will be responsible for doing essential follow-up until the activation process is completed.
- Reports need to be built monthly, and weekly for activation status.
- Candidates should have good written and spoken English skills.
- Candidate must have good customer support etiquette.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Customer Onboarding
- Graduated
