1. Responsible for generating revenue through Home Loan/LAP sales.
2. Generating business through Channel partner/Developer/Connectors & Open Market.
3. Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.
4. Ensure high level of customer service.
5. Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
6. Responsible for achieving team/branch business target.
7. Ensuring that each employee is productive in each month.
8. Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers.
9. Handle the Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business.
Desired Candidates profile:
1. Graduate/Post Graduate.
2. Thorough understanding of Home Loan/LAP Sales market.
3. The candidate should have a minimum experience of 2.0 years.
4. The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and personality
