myLaw is India's largest online legal learning and content platform providing practical self-learning tools for students and professionals. We have successfully delivered courses to over 30,000 learners since inception and our platform features over 3,000 articles, 300 videos and 35 courses.

We seek a young marketing professional to join our team. We're looking for people who are incredibly hungry, passionate, smart and fun, to help us achieve that vision. Experience in an e-commerce, consumer internet start-up is preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Planning and executing campaigns for customer acquisition & engagement through Email, SMS, App notifications & Social media with focus on increasing engagement, conversion rate and retention.

- Dive deep into campaign performance data like delivery rates, open rates, click through rates, conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Will be responsible for publishing periodic performance reports and presentations

- Partner with design, product & tech teams as and when required for effective campaign planning & analysis

- Responsible for maintaining & managing the database

Our ideal candidate is a high-energy, can-do-person who can operate in a fast-moving startup environment and willing to go the extra mile. He/she should preferably be an MBA with

- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing with any internet/ e-commerce company

- Hands-on experience on Google AdWords, SEM and/or Social Media Advertising

- High on analytical skills and able to derive actionable insights from a lot of data
