BRANCH MANAGER -TAMILNADU STATE FOR MYK SCHOMBURG
Role & Responsibility:
- Wholly & solely responsible for sales, Marketing and development of construction Chemicals markets in a specified region
- In charge for the Project, retail identification sales in the segment of waterproofing, admixtures, Industrial flooring and other construction chemical for the region
- Prepare a data base of all prospective dealers/distributors for the various key areas
- To assist sales & marketing team in product - promotion, presentations to Architects, consultants & builders.
- To assist in New Product Development
- To Prepare monthly report for MIS with technical Inputs & Requirement
- To assist in Making a database of Major projects for timely follow-ups
- Make /devise the technical data sheets,brochures,product samples, product packing, Vis-a-Vis the competition, collect competitors product and details for comparison product positioning
Desired profile:
- Civil engineer with minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Sale marketing preferably from construction chemical industry
- Success full track record in sales field
- Excellent working knowledge of the Mentioned area
- Sound knowledge of the construction chemicals industry
- Strong aggressive personality with excellent communication skills
- To be effective motivator to lead the team.
