Sales Manager
What will be your duties & responsibilities ?
- Sales Targeting: Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing customers and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Team Management: Manages and guides a team of associates to ensure a consistent pipeline of warm leads.
- Coordination: Coordinates closely with Operations team to ensure effective execution of customer enquiries
- Data Management: Ensures high quality of data capture and accurately manages sales orders on real time basis
What are the key requirements & skills ?
- Minimum 2 years experience in Outbound Sales, preferably in International B2B markets
- B2B sales experience is a huge plus
- Demonstrated experience of generating strong revenue numbers in the respective organization
- Team Management experience is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- The timings of the work will be night shift
