- Create and Expanding Sales & Distribution Network (Distribution Chain)
- Appoint, train and develop new Representatives and Leaders in the zone.
- Organize marketing and promotional events to attract people.
- Responsible for driving Direct Selling Channel - Incentive & Promotional Strategies for Distributors
- Monitor the processes for growth of Key Accounts.
- Mentoring and training a Team, Advisors
