We at MyGlamm are looking for a Beauty Copywriter who would work closely with the Creative Team and support all our branding and marketing efforts. The candidate should ideally have at least 5-6 years of experience writing creative marketing copy for a beauty brand, possess strong communication skills, and have an excellent command of the English language. They should be able to write creative, concise copy based on the briefs given, devoid of spelling or grammatical errors. Some of the ideal attributes we are looking for include - the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, a collaborative, team-based approach, an action-biased attitude to work, proactiveness and openness to learning. The candidate should be open to feedback and growth, accept constructive criticism and take ownership of their responsibilities at work.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Work closely with the Deputy Creative Head and execute tasks in collaboration with the Marketing team.

- Develop creative copy for marketing materials including but not limited to website headers, research presentations, paid social media ads, product page descriptions, website content, email newsletters, SMS/app push notifications, PR material and other offline marketing collateral such as brochures, leaflets, signage etc.

- Demonstrate strong editing, grammar and proofreading skills.

- Demonstrate an understanding of different tones of voice and messaging.

- Demonstrate strong research and critical thinking skills.

- Help evolve copywriting practices, define processes and convert briefs to clear copy.

- Execute tasks keeping work quality in mind while adhering to set timelines.

- Learn and grow based on shared resources and feedback.

- Take a proactive role and contribute to the team in terms of ideation and suggestions.

- Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and present work in a clear and compelling manner.
