JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PAID MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location:-Noida

Experience:-2-3yrs

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Set campaign objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

2. Platform Management:

- Manage various paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and others.

- Create and optimize campaigns on these platforms to ensure maximum ROI.

- Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry best practices.

3. Ad Creation and Copywriting:

- Develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve click-through rates.

4. Budget Management:

- Allocate and manage budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives.

- Monitor spending and adjust budgets based on performance and return on investment.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.

- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for optimization.

- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

6. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

- Implement strategies to improve the conversion rate of paid traffic.

- Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to enhance landing page performance.

7. Keyword Research:

- Conduct keyword research to optimize campaigns for search engine marketing (SEM).

- Identify relevant keywords that align with business objectives and target audience behaviour.

8. Remarketing and Retargeting:

- Develop and implement strategies for remarketing to engage with users who have interacted with the brand but haven't converted.

9. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analytics teams, to ensure cohesive and effective

campaigns.

10. Stay Informed:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in digital marketing, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies.

Skills and Qualification:-

1. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

2. Proficiency in ppc and meta marketing tools and platforms.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Analytical and data-driven mindset.

5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

6. Knowledge of Semrush, Ahref, Spyfu, Google Admob, and other digital marketing trends.

7. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
