Operations and Customer Support
1. Work closely with our customers as well as other members of the customer support team
2. Communicate with the sales, technical, and product teams to ensure flawless execution of this support
3. Maintain superb verbal & written communication and handle a variety of tasks and projects at once
4. Execute daily customer support operations, including responding to customer queries and following up on reported issues with internal teams
5. Communicate with customers via call, real-time online chat, web tickets, and email
6. Replicate reported customer issues and provide details for the escalation.
