Job Description
We are currently looking for a direct Marketing Specialist and growth expert with vast experience working on network marketing or MLM brands(Amway/ Oriflame/ Avon/ Modicare/ Tupperware). The ideal candidate would be results driven and passionate about planning and executing new channels of member acquisition.
- Create, plan and execute Agents recruits through both online and offline modes. Devise a plan to reach out and find right candidates for company ambassadors (direct marketers) who can sell our products and services.
- Will be responsible for providing product training to new agents and motivating them for further business expansion.
- Build the programs for existing agents engagement and productivity mapping. Launch initiatives for productivity enhancement.
- Track business related KPIs and uses the data analytics for business expansion - Inactive/ rolling active ambassadors, month on month productivity, commissions and benchmarking with the industry on various parameters.
- Provide training by guiding the agents explaining basic concepts, stimulate thinking with dialogue. Planning and executing meetings.
Desired Candidate
- 3-5 years of experience in MLM/ direct sales or Network Marketing
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to learn fast - Working in Startups / Motor Insurance setup will be advantage
- Excellent communication ( written & verbal ) skills
Skill Set :
- Multilevel marketing, Direct Marketing, Network Marketing, Sales Trainer, Channel Management, Business development, Business growth
- Required Qualification/Education : UG - Any specialisation, PG - Any specialisation
