Assistant Manager - Insurance Sales


Job Summary :

We are looking for Assistant Manager - Insurance Sales.

- Responsible for outbound Motor Insurance Sales.

- Ensure zero cancellation of issued policies.

- Ensure No Miss-selling on floor.

- Responsible for staff retention within the teams.

- Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets.

- To conduct and initiate weekly/monthly team meetings on regular basis to ensure all problems are deal with effectively & efficiently.

- To identify training needs of the team members and provide the same.

- To assist TL's by updating knowledge & bridge process gaps.

- Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of team.

- To ensure team achieve productivity and quality roster adherence.

- Ensure the professional and ethical conduct of team members.

- Accountable for smooth flow of operations.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

Experience required:


- International outbound Sales, International Call Center, US Process, US Shift, Night Shift,

Work experience : 1-5 Years


Office hours : 10am to 6pm, 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Skills required:

- Who is having an excellent written and oral communication skill.

- Leadership skills and able to work under pressure.

- Outbound international sales call center preferable.
