We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Partnerships & Alliances Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.

About Momspresso:

- At Momspresso, we are driven by our purpose of empowering women to express themselves and earn through our platform. 65000 Creators share blogs and vlogs in 10 different languages through the app, making us India's largest user-generated content platform for women, with 30 million of them visiting the site every month. The micro-influencer platform Momspresso MyMoney enables women to earn by participating in marketing campaigns from brands they use and love.

- We are part of Honasa Consumer Pvt Ltd, owners of the Mamaearth brand, which recently became a unicorn. They are backed by Sequoia, Fireside Ventures and Sofina.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions

2. Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy

3. Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partner

4. Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships

Must Have :

1. You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

2. You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.

3. You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.

4. You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.

5. You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

6. You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
