Roles and Responsibilities

- Gaining insights of MyAdvo services and learn intricacies of legal services facilitated by MyAdvo.

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies

- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams

- Manage all aspects of the SEO offering, including on-site techniques, link building, content marketing, technical SEO.

- Analyzing data from Google Analytics and other tools to increase traffic, and improve usability, design & content on the website

- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO, website and conversion optimization.

- Liason with Agencies to build/edit content which is useful for SEO.

- Manage the SEO roadmap and execution

- Develop long term SEO strategy that enables our website to be ranked highly for all key terms that target customers search for.

- Defining and Implementing SEO best practice for on-page content, URL structures, page title, meta-data and anchor text.

- Get high-quality backlinks using ethical SEO techniques & regular monitoring of website ranking performance and managing Off-Page SEO strategy.

- Identifying keywords with low difficulty to gain significant traffic.

- Manage all social interactions and campaigns create a reporting format for the same and keep it updated.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduates/ post-graduates from premier engineering institutes with at least 3 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing

- Proven- track record is a must: Should have proven track-record in driving organic traffic growth for one/ more of the large internet/ e-commerce companies.

- Quantitative mind, numbers-oriented: Candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, flair for numbers, and strong data crunching ability. Candidate should be able to keep the bigger picture in mind while effectively managing detail.

- Candidate should be exceptional at on-page optimization, off-page optimization & content building. Should be technically proficient & understand tech details right from site architecture to webmaster tools.

- Should have worked in teams in the past and be able to motivate and extract the best out of his/her team members.

- Ability to work with minimum supervision, take initiatives, adhere to tight timelines and be self-motivated.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
