My PetrolPump - Consultant - Sales (2-6 yrs)
It is a contract of 6 months and based on performance it will be permanent role. It is commission based. Candidate gets 100% payout of the new revenue that he brings in and on top of that candidate gets 50% payout of the retained revenue

Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation through field visits/online to meet the monthly and the quarterly sales targets
- Sales planning and forecasting
- Meet prospective customers, negotiate and close deals
- Address grievances of newly acquired customers and ensure retention
- Leverage organization's CRM tool to maintain leads and sales trackers, and ensure adherence to the defined sales process
- Prior experience in corporate/B2B sales
- Ability to create, establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Problem solving mentality and ability to handle and resolve customer escalations
- Local language proficiency
- Ability to leverage existing contacts/network to close new deals and develop business in the city
- Ability to succeed under pressure and in high-growth and fast paced environments
