Job Description

My Mentor is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual for the post of Area Sales Manager to join the team of B.L. Agro Industries Ltd. Area sales managers are required to generate revenue from an assigned geographical location by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Managing the entire team and the sales cycle of the area which is under your supervision

- Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth delivery of products and services and acheiving required targets.

- Developing creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.

- Allocating areas to Sales Representatives.

- Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.

- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.

- Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.

- Providing consistent and motivated leadership and direction to all staff and team members

Requirements (Mandatory) :

- Minimum 5 year Experience

- Bachelors' degree.

- Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills to Implement Sales Plans.

- Communication Skills


Requirements (Preferable) :

- More than 5 years of experience

- Master's degree

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
