Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our growing team. The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth through strategic influencer marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities :

1. Client Relationship Management :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique goals and objectives.

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess campaign performance, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.

- Proactively anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

2. Campaign Strategy and Execution :

- Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, creative, and influencer relations to develop customized campaign strategies tailored to each client's objectives.

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery of high-quality content.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insightful analysis to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

3. Business Development :

- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or expand existing contracts with key clients.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively identify new business opportunities.

- Participate in client pitches and presentations, showcasing our agency's capabilities and value proposition.

4. Team Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment on client deliverables.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering professional development.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- Proven track record of success in account management or business development within the influencer marketing or digital advertising industry.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Strategic thinker with a creative mind set and the ability to problem-solve effectively.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
