The content writer will develop and create content for social media, digital media, and product descriptions. Well-researched and accurate content should be produced on tight deadlines. Excellent writing, spelling, and understanding of grammar are essential to the role.

Content Writer Duties and Responsibilities :

- Develop content based on ideas relevant to the project

- Generating taglines and compelling content for social media and digital creatives

- Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy

- Researching and organizing facts and sources

- Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies

- Building a following for brand on social media with creative work

- Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original

- Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers

- Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (websites, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)

- Drafting standard business proposals and pitches to clients in a sophisticated format

- Creating crisp content for SMS and Whatsapp campaigns

- Drafting simplistic and easily comprehensible video scripts in English, as well as Hindi.

- Creating enticing content for emailers and monitoring performance of email-marketing campaigns

- Generation backlinks through creation of PowerPoint presentations for PPT submission portals and answering questions posted on digital forums routinely

- Performing on-page SEO activities which include creation meta titles, meta descriptions etc. in adherence to standard SEO guidelines

Content Writer Requirements and Qualifications :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Passion and knowledge towards football and cricket is essential, as well as the inclination to research other sports

- Excellent grasp of the English language

- Creative and innovative thinker and planner

- Confident in producing work across multiple platforms

- Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas

- Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
