Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for recruiting potential candidates for various skill development programs, communicating with them to make them aware of the benefits of the programs, and providing guidance and support throughout the admission process.
Responsibilities :
1. Advise students on application processes
2. Conduct orientation programs
3. Manage student data
4. Spread awareness of admission openings
5. Educate students on scholarships
6. Perform personality analysis tests
Qualifications :
1. Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills.
2. Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
3. Sales skills and experience in the education sector.
4. Knowledge of admission processes and regulations.
5. Bachelor's degree in any field.
6.Experience in counseling or admissions is a plus.
