Muvin - Customer Delight Specialist (0-2 yrs)
At Muvin we are looking for smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual who can narrow their focus to continuous improvement and growth. The role will allow you to contribute in the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of muvin through continuous interaction with customers on queries and disputes. Your role will be (but not limited) to
- Handle customer queries and disputes
- Follow up with customers to ensure end to end resolution of their queries
- Work across multiple channels (Chat/Email/Telephony) to support customer queries
- Treat Success as a product at muvin, improving and iterating on the customer experience
- Ensuring effective and timely action to provide a superior customer experience
- Continuously improve on processes to drive customer delight
- Achieve the defined KPIs
- Maintain adherence to company process, quality and compliance
- Collate feedbacks from the customers and share across internal team
- Share process improvement ideas and suggestions with the team's leadership to improve customer experience
What You Have :
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in customer support
. Must be conversant in English and Hindi(mandatory)
- Process discipline and process orientation with High analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible to work across shifts
- Multilingual skills preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
- Gather customer feedback and share with the leadership team
