Musafir.com - Telesales Role (1-5 yrs)
Immediate joiners will be preferred :
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective customers looking to apply for Visa for various countries.
- Work on inbound leads and emails from customers
- Provide complete details, documents, rules and explain process to apply worldwide visa.
- Verifying all documents and collecting the payments
- Handling post sales calls
- Liaise with internal operations teams for timely processing of visa applications
Requirements :
- Experience of in 1-3 years in travel industry
- Good command over English
- Prior experience in tele sales
