Job Description - Tele Calling and Marketing

We are hiring for business development role for our firm. The candidate should be passionate about sales and business development. We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirit and aggressive attitude to work on new product lines while growing and marketing business at new levels. Candidate should be smart enough to explore the evolving market of Education, eLearning & IT and must come up with new marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Understanding the organization portfolio, product and services

- Gain a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements

- Gather market and customer information.

- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their teams.

- Excellent Communication Skills and Good Command in English

- Develop business plan to drive penetration, revenue growth and brand leadership.

- Execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business including cold calls.

- Data mining Knowledge

- Generate the Leads

- Follow-ups with the prospects

- Preparing the DPRs & Quotations and other office works like drafting mailers etc.

- Sending the regular emails to the clients.

- Well versed in MS Office like Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

- Should be internet savvy and active on the internet and social media like Google, FB, Linkedin, Twitter, Whatsapp, etc.

- Confident in talking to the top management/seniors in Colleges, Corporates or any client.

- Should be a go-getter and result oriented.

- Consistent in achieving the set targets.

Requirements :

- Should possess deep understanding/ experience in Education domain wrt IT Technology and Business development.

- Must have experience in direct client acquisition.

- Good understanding of business processes.

- Must have hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, strategy.

- Superior communication both written and verbal (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation and Relationship building.

- Excellent time and team management skills and be comfortable working in a Team.

- Brilliant negotiation skills.

- In-depth understanding of various markets locality-wise in the city

Experience: 1-2+ yrs exp.

Salary: 15000 to 18000 per month
