Mu-Torq - Telesales/Telecalling Role (1-2 yrs)
MuTorq is an Education Technology Company based out of Mumbai. We provide Career solutions like Career Assessment Test, Career Counselling, Internship programme, Skill development courses, Admission assistance to students from Class 8th- 12th.
1. Years of Experience: 6 months - 2 years (Preferable Experience in Education Industry), Location: Pune - Hadapsar
2. Saturday and Sunday is working, one Weekly Off on Monday.
3. Immediate joining required and a candidate must have a Laptop and a Smartphone.
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Initiating phone conversations with parents / students to explain and convince them for free / paid products.
2. Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
3. Diligently communicating and preparing the lead through channels like calls, email, WhatsApp, SMS.
4. Achieving the weekly targets in a performance driven competitive environment.

Compensation & Benefits
1. Remuneration upto INR 15,000-20,000 per month + Performance Linked Incentive
