MTAP Technologies is hiring for the role of Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description :-

Experience - 2-3 years

Location - Bengaluru & Gurugram

Roles and Responsibilities :-

1. Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth, including identifying new markets for existing products or developing new products for untapped markets.

2. Identifying the correct decision makers in the companies and setting up the meeting to understand their requirements and products can help them.

3. A seasoned sales professional with an innate hunter mentality who has a proven track record of over-achieving sales revenue growth targets.

4. Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) Search for new client leads and ability to build a new sales pipeline.

5. An individual with an innate sense of ownership & successfully works towards closing deals.

6. Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales targets.

7. Maintain an updated knowledge of the company's goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.

8. Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets.

9. Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.

10. Strong expertise in b2b sales pipeline management and marketing management.

11. Knowledge of reporting, efficiency, and analytic techniques

Desired Skills and Requirement:

1. Working experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or a similar role in the Sales Department.

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.

3. Knowledge and experience using effective sales strategies.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.

5. Good oral and written communication skills.

6. Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

7. Excellent ability to make a timely decision.

8. Good sales and people skills.

9. Strong expertise in b2b sales pipeline management and marketing management.
